The Best Nail Bar Policy

*No Refund: We will NOT REFUND any payment for completed services under any circumstances.

*Guarantee: Services (Acrylic, Dipping, and Gel ONLY) are guaranteed for 7 days, depending on the need for corrections. After 7 days, clients must pay for any necessary corrections. We do NOT guarantee services with regular polish.

*Late Appointments: Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late will be automatically canceled or rescheduled.

*Cancellation: Clients who wish to cancel or reschedule an appointment MUST CALL to cancel or reschedule at least 3 hours before the appointment time. Calls made after the appointment time or failure to call will result in the loss of the deposit.

*Gift Cards: We are not responsible for lost or expired gift cards. NO REFUNDS will be issued for gift cards under any circumstances.

*Personal Belongings: Clients are responsible for their personal belongings. We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.

*Children: Clients with children accompanying them must supervise their children. We will not be responsible for any incidents involving clients' children on our premises.

*Student Discount: We offer a 10% discount to students at the College of Charleston (ONLY). Student ID is REQUIRED.

*Alcohol Policy: For the safety and health of our clients, each client is limited to a maximum of 2 alcoholic beverages.

*Pricing: We have conducted market research on nail salon services in the state and across the United States to establish fair and legal service prices. We reserve the right to refuse service to clients who do not accept our pricing and service rates.

*Refusal of Service: We reserve the right to refuse service to:

Anyone with a nail condition that we suspect could be contagious.
Individuals with open wounds or infections in the treatment area.
Anyone with a serious health condition that we suspect could be transmitted or that we believe could be harmed by our services.
Children without the consent of their parents.
Anyone displaying inappropriate or disrespectful behavior towards our staff or other clients.

*Surveillance: For the safety of our clients and staff, our premises are monitored 24/7 with a digital video surveillance system (cameras).
